Background
As a designer, I believe I have the responsibility to harness technology for good. Exploring the cross-section of entertainment and education is one of the areas where I believe it can do the most good.
Card Story was one opportunity to explore that. The project aimed to provide children the joy of storytelling using digital cards, bringing delight as they see their stories come to life. The founder of the project needed help to realize the project vision.
Responsibilities
I prototyped to test gameplay features and iterate on design decisions.
I contributed to the art direction of characters, the environment, and the logo with a holistic approach for the purposes of engaging our target demographic.
I illustrated, rigged, and animated the characters to bring life to our characters.
I designed the game screen interaction and prototyped micro-interactions.
